Matthew Kollar
Hailing from the world of practical effects and monster building, Matthew uses his extensive knowledge of Horror and Fantasy in his filmmaking to create a unique visual blend of the beautiful and the grotesque.
Kollar has Produced and Directed content for Netflix, Disney, Scream Box, and Crypt TV to name a few. His original horror short films, screenplays, and music videos have won awards and been nominated at handfuls of BAFTA and Academy Qualifying Festivals.
Beyond his Directing projects with Woodsbane Pictures, he is currently producing material for the Screambox Original “Your Dearest Darkest Friend With Ted Raimi” as well as an original feature film with Academy Award Winner Joel Harlow.
Kazimiera Szyperski
Kazimiera Szyperski brings an intimate character lens to stories that explore the beautiful, unsettling, and darkly funny sides of human nature.
Kazimiera is an award-winning screenwriter whose work has earned recognition from FilmQuest, the Rhode Island International Film Festival, and other respected competitions and Academy-qualifying festivals. Her work has also taken her to Sundance, where she was an invited filmmaker for Monday on Main Street in Park City, Utah.
With multiple film and television projects in development, Kazimiera continues to build a body of work centered on complicated characters, distinctive worlds, and the fine line between monster and man.
